Yes, we're here for YOU. We offer a unique perspective and fill a niche in the market that we believe tends to be otherwise lacking - our goal is "Best Overall Value", rather than simply "Best Price":

• With many years spent in real estate development and consulting for custom and spec projects, our experience comes from being  heavily involved in the full-spectrum of construction: from land use and feasibility, to design and permitting; and from ground-break to project completion and sales.

• We sell windows, doors, and other high quality, design-based construction products to the DIYer as well as the General Contractor. But because we’re also Contractors, we like to be involved in a project as early as possible – preferably at pre-construction – to ensure expectations/products/quality controls are in place so that we can be conscious of budget – when done this way we are at or below a client's budget, time and again.

• Our approach includes ensuring that we provide the very best that our clients can afford for the longest enjoyment and lowest cost over time. We have a curated list of products that we've vetted for their high quality and longevity at reasonable price points, though we are always exploring different products and methodologies to ensure we're working with some of the best options available. 

• We have an avid eye for design and details that can often get overlooked in a process that all too often gets rushed. We don't stop at concept developed by magazine clippings and inspiration boards - our services includes project-specific design and detail recommendations.

• We're not fast, we're methodical. Lack of details backed by speed, kills timelines and budgets.  We spend time in advance to iron out details because we understand it saves SO much over the long run: in communications, overall budgets, schedules, stress, and project relationships.

Our approach is often very counter to what has become normalized, and we know we don't fit everyone's needs.  We place overall value of the product and project well above price on its face.
